  3. Click on ‘Set Password Online’ link, create your password, and get authorized rights. The new password should consist of a minimum of six characters. It should be the combination of Alpha, Numeric and Special symbol.
  4. The Internet Banking and Mobile Banking login ID and transaction access will be available to the primary account holder. I-Banking and Mobile Banking do not avail on Joint accounts, where the mode of operation and transaction is other than/ anyone/ either-or survives.
  5. After logging in using the new password, one needs to browse and choose from multiple options for the transaction as per the choice. NOTE: one should enter the transaction password for authorization for completion, which shall be different from the login password.
  6. All the accounts attached to the same Customer ID will automatically link to Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.
  7. Now, one can use the OBC Bank’s I-Banking anytime anywhere for most comprehensive and safe transactions from the personal account. The consumer should log out after the completion of the process and close the browse application for security.
  8. If one already knows, the username but do not know the password or do not remember it, can reactivate the account by clicking on “forget password” and can retype new password provided on link mailed on the registered email address.

Guidelines for Channel Usage

  • The user ID and password details should be highly confidential and keep changing the PIN and password often.
  • Avoid using the website for transactions from open areas like net cafes and libraries, which have viruses that can capture the file or sensitive information. Ensure the website that one is using secured.
  • Clients should avoid Birth dates, Contact numbers, Names, Initials and other commonly used details as a password.
  • Keep the registered mobile number/Email ID/ Billing Address updated with the bank to get transaction alerts/ statements or further communication from the bank.
